Yesterday was perfect! I had classes until noon then a quick break for lunch and then my class walked to a nearby palazzo/museum. We toured the museum for an hour or so and then were free for the rest of the day. We had a "tour" at 5:30 with a local venetian who told us about many local traditions and legends (and good wine bars and restaurants). Jenny and I decided to stay out from 1:30 until the tour at 5:30 and then we continued to walk for another 2 hours or so during the tour...at which point we were starving and went out to dinner at San Trevaso, my favorite local place. The food was always delicious and the waiters always seem so happy to see us (and another excellent chance to practice my italian).
Dinner was delicious as always...
Today is equally beautiful and my roommate has finished an internship interview so we're going to go enjoy the weather!
